Saving Lives
Women’s Care Medical Center believes in the sanctity of all human life. It is for this reason we seek to save the lives of the unborn by providing life-affirming options to the men and women we serve.
A Life Worth Saving
God places infinite value on each and every life conceived. At WCMC, we diligently and tirelessly fight to protect the unborn and bring healing and hope to a broken generation.
“For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed substance, in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them.”
Psalm 139:13-16
Saving Lives Through Options Counseling
When a woman becomes pregnant, she legally has three options: abortion, adoption or parenting. We believe when a woman is fully informed about all her options, she is empowered to make the best choice for the future of her child.
ABORTION
Many women in an unplanned pregnancy often feel like abortion is their only option. Our licensed, medical professionals are able to provide accurate information and risks concerning abortion procedures. Through our options counseling and by offering support throughout their pregnancy, women are able to make an educated choice about their baby’s future. As a result, many women change their mind from abortion.
ADOPTION
Adoption is a beautiful option for women who are unable to parent their child. There are many loving families in our communities who can provide a stable home for a child in need. We offer adoption referrals, education and counsel to assist our client in a choice they can feel good about.
PARENTING
When possible, we know parenting is the best option a woman can choose for her child. We are committed to offering the support she needs to parent her child in the coming years. Sometimes, simply knowing you have someone on your side to help you through an unplanned pregnancy is all it takes for a woman to choose the very best option.
Saving Lives Through Ultrasound
A picture is worth a thousand words. The same is true with the power of ultrasound. 96% of women who see their baby on an ultrasound screen will choose life for their child. This incredible tool is a window into a woman’s womb, allowing her to see with her own eyes the truth of life. Knowledge is power, and with knowledge of life comes the power to make a life-affirming choice.
Along with ultrasound, early prenatal care is vital in saving lives. A leading cause of infant mortality is lack of prenatal care. We have the opportunity to intervene and help prevent many of these deaths by providing prenatal vitamins and referrals for medical care during a woman’s pregnancy.
Saving Lives Through Evangelism
"The harvest is plentiful."
At WCMC, we are committed to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with every client that walks through our doors. Our world is filled with brokenness and many women who find themselves in an unplanned pregnancy are in need of help and hope. WCMC is able to offer tangible help, but only in Jesus will they find hope. Since opening our doors in 1990, we have witnessed nearly 3,000 men and women pray to receive Christ as their Savior.
Along with evangelism, we love to connect our clients with a local church body, as well as disciple men and women through our Bible study classes.
